DzStore

Remote · Founder project

• Grew DzStore, a Shopify-style store builder, from zero to 2,000+ merchants within 4 months of launch, with 5,000+ products, ~300 orders a week, 13M+ DZD (~$100K) in delivered merchant sales, and 70+ paid Pro subscriptions, on zero ad spend.
• Led the product end to end: features, merchant onboarding and support, payments, and the production infrastructure, turning merchant feedback into releases.
